Upon purchasing your items, we hope you love your products as much as we do!...
But if you do need to request a refund or exchange, Tough and Dusty offer a 30 day return/ exchange policy. (In case you got the wrong size!)
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, the product must not be used or damaged.
Product must be in the state it was upon being received.
To request a refund or exchange you will need to click the 'Submit a Refund/ Exchange' option below. Please include your order number & let us know what you are after in your email. Please know that if you need to exchange an item for a different size, there may be a wait until the size is stocked.
PLEASE NOTE: Any products that are sent back to us without prior approval of the refund or exchange, will not be processed. Please make sure you reach out to us and obtain approval before sending any items back.
